I have had a varied journey in my life that eventually led me to Person-Centred Approach (Humanistic psychotherapy). I work individually with adult clients, often those who have had less than ideal childhoods, who are experiencing difficulties with self-esteem and self-acceptance in their lives, who are struggling with psychosomatic difficulties, and who have something inside that is preventing them from being themselves.
I am also involved in training for companies and occasional public lectures, my
13 Sins of Parenting project (CZ), my blog Time for a Change (CZ), I occasionaly
write articles for Marianne magazine (CZ), and focus on
adult and adolescent sex education (CZ).
