I have had a varied journey in my life that eventually led me to Person-Centred Approach.
I work individually with adult clients, often those who have had less than ideal childhoods, who are experiencing difficulties with self-esteem and self-acceptance in their lives, who are struggling in relationships, including the relationship with themselves, and who have something inside that is preventing them from being themselves.
I am also involved in training for companies and occasional public lectures, my
13 Sins of Parenting project (CZ) and education of adults and teenagers in areas of
stress management, increasing resilience or parenting
